“SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE FAIL AND TRY AGAIN. UNSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE FAIL AND QUIT. I NEVER GIVE UP.”
I don’t know how many people have ever succeeded at their very first attempt, but out of billions of people on earth, I can only imagine that number is very, very small. The more success stories I read, the more I got inspired and encouraged to fail. I also learned about pivoting, and this made me expect to fail but see it as a great thing. It helped you narrow down all your options. You keep trying until finally 1 works.
I imagine this is how scientists in labs create all the magical stuff like prescription medicine, vitamins, and cures for diseases. How many of them do you think quit after the very first experiment? You have to take note, write down what worked and what didn’t and try something else.
You must try to learn and figure out why you failed in the first place.
You don’t want to walk around throwing darts with a blindfold on. Have a plan first, if you can, but don’t ever give up. After each failure, you are one step closer to finally getting it right.
How many times have you tried before you were successful at something?
