The Sanderson Sisters are stopping by for a Meet & Greet with VAMP Ticket holders from 6-7pm and making their way through the venue for photos with all guests throughout the evening.
Around 9pm, they’ll be doing a little performance and helping pick the winners for the Costume Contest!

GOBLINS at the $1000 level helps cover the cost of the band. You’ll receive:
— (1) promotional post on Instagram, Facebook and the event page
— (1) promotional reel showcasing your business and any items you’d like to include in Treat bags, sell at the event and/or offer at your location or online during Spooky Season.
— This option also includes (1) Deluxe 10’ x 20’ booth to set up as a Vendor and/or to network with guests OR (8) complimentary VAMP Access tickets with all the perks
— You’ll need to schedule your consultation by September 30 to allow for ample time to plan, produce, edit and promote your reel prior to the event and discuss logistics for your presence at the event.
— You will be tagged as a collaborator on the reel with access to download and reshare your reel. The reel will be approximately 1 minute long or possibly (2) 30 second reels depending on the content planned by both parties involved.

GHOULS at the $2500 level helps cover the cost of renting the Halloweentown tent. You’ll receive:

— This option also includes (2) Deluxe 10’ x 20’ booths to set up as a Vendor and/or to network with guests.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED!
Wanna be part of THE Scream Team?
We’re looking for 5-10 volunteers to check IDs, process ticket sales at the gates, distribute Treat bags to VAMP Access ticket holders, VAMP Lounge security, assist vendors with loading & unloading, bathroom breaks, food + drink runs and general venue maintenance and cleanup.
You’ll receive:
— Complimentary admission to enjoy the event while you help out around the venue
— VAMP Treat bag full of goodies
— Dinner to dispel any hangry demons
— Our eternal gratitude for helping ensure things run smoothly so everyone has a great experience!
Volunteers will need to report at the venue at 2pm for a general meeting to familiarize yourself with the venue and your role.
You’re welcome to dress up in a costume and enter the contest if you’d like!
Volunteers must be at least 21+ years old with a valid ID.
