  1. As a vendor for the Fall and/or Winter Markets, this round of the Market Ready Mastermind focusing on maximizing your outcomes at these 2 events. We’ll use the specific timeline, event branding and your content to achieve your goals.

  2. Everything you learn during the Market Ready Mastermind can be adapted to any future events you attend. Once you learn the ropes you can lather-rinse-repeat these steps to get consistent results every time you set up for an in-person event.

  3. Apply this information to your website to increase your online sales and optimize your website or Etsy shop with SEO, high quality branded photos, and clear calls to action to increase traffic to your site and your item listing pages.

  4. Use these tips/tricks/techniques to set up Story Sales and other mini sales on social media. This works especially well for a quick clearance sale when you’re trying to clean out old stock to buy materials for new inventory.

You’ll use this program to:

  • Set sustainable, trackable goals

  • Plan out your inventory to simplify production schedules

  • Try new sales promotions to get paid before production + reduce leftover inventory

  • Update pricing to indicate the true value, time and care infused in your offerings to boost brand value and your bottom line while placing you in a specific niche. (Niches get riches, y’all!)

  • And work on creating more efficient practices to save you time + increase your bottom line!

My goal is to help vendors make double their investment for the Markets + the Market Ready Mastermind Group—that means you’ll earn up to $1500+ (example: $25 application fee x 2; $100 booth fee x 2; $500 MRMG investment = $750 then double it = $1500+*)

Ok, how much TIME is this gonna take?!?

The Market Ready Mastermind Group is designed to maximize the amount of time you have each week to actually make the stuff you love to sell to earn a living. The coursework is spread out over the 4 months—16 weeks of hot tips, juicy tricks and all the magical bits of marketing magic I have to share from 20+ years as an obsessive Marketing + Business scholar for life.

The average time needed is 1-2 hours a week doing things you'd likely be doing anyway for your business. The only difference--these tasks are strategically planned to help you be intentional with your messaging and it's tailored to your personal business goals.

  • One hour a week is broken down into the 5-10 minutes it takes to complete a task to promote your business and the next market you'll be attending. You'll get a daily prompt with one quick, easy action item using your existing content or a new photo or short video you can record in 1-2 minutes.

  • The second hour each week is an optional live, Zoom Q+A meeting on Wednesdays. These meetings will be recorded, and the email link will be sent on Thursdays. You'll get an email from me each Monday with a link to a Q+A form to submit up to 3 questions for the weekly Zoom.

The entire coursework side of things is created with a general event as the final result. You can take what you learn and apply it to every event you do in the future to simplify your marketing and use social media to send people directly to a place where they can get to know you better and buy your cool stuff online and in-person.

The online component is a safety net in a world where COVID has been changing the way you run your business and live your life. Also, people are online a lot more than they are in-person--thus the popularity of social media despite the algorithm and its toxic environment.

  1. Once you click on a payment option button, you will be redirected to Acuity Scheduling to complete a survey, select the September 1 start date, and submit your payment.

  2. If you choose the payment plan option, you will receive a notification from PayPal showing your future payments have been scheduled. Please email nicole@quartzandcoal.co to update/edit any payment information at least 5 business days prior to your pending invoice date to make changes.
