My journey began in 2008 during a yoga challenge, where I was first introduced to gratitude as a way to cultivate mindfulness. What started as a simple email template between friends evolved into a profound daily ritual—one that has carried me through grief, growth, and deep personal transformation.
Through my experiences and working with others, I’ve discovered that gratitude is more than just a mindset shift—it’s a catalyst for change. It allows us to see what’s already working, recognize opportunities disguised as obstacles, and step into our full power with clarity and confidence.
